Determination of volatile organic compounds in water-based coating samples by solid phase micro-extraction-gas chromatography with flame ionization detection

摘要 建立了一种固相微萃取气相色谱同时测定环保水性涂料中的苯系物和卤代烃的方法。选择涂层厚度为70μm的聚乙二醇二乙烯苯(CW DVB)萃取纤维,对固相微萃取的萃取条件进行了优化。该法相对标准偏差小于10%,样品的加标回收率大于72.2%,已成功地测定了11种水性涂料中的苯系物和卤代烷。 A sensitive method was developed by solid phase micro-extraction coupling gas chromatography for fast determination of trace volatile organic compounds including dichloromethane, 1,1-dichloethane, 1,2-dichoroethane, 1,1,1-trichloromethane, 1,1,2-trchloromethane, benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, xylene in water soluble coating samples. The analyses were separated with an Agilent-6890 gas chromatograph by a suitable temperature program and were detected by flame ionization detector (FID). During the analysis procedure, a 70 μm CW-DVB fiber was used to extract volatile components, the extraction time was controlled at room temperature for 30 min and the NaCl content in sample was maintained at 10%. The relative standard deviations (RSD%) were below 10.0%. the spiked recoveries varied from 72.2% to 96.0%. The method had been successfully applied to determine the 9 target compounds in the water-based coatings.
