摘要
采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定蔬菜、水果中的氟草烟,即用乙腈提取样品后,将提取液用氮气吹干,加入甲醇、浓H2SO4酯化。酯化物中加入10mL20g/LNa2SO4溶液,5mL正己烷充分混匀。取正己烷相进GC-MS。氟草烟的检出限为:1.40×10-3μg/g。
This paper described a SIM-GC-MS method for the quantitative determination of residues of fluroxypyr in vegetables and fruits. Fluroxypyr in vegetable and fruit samples was extracted by acetonitrile. The extract was filtered, and then evaporated to dryness by pure nitrogen. The residue was esterified by dissolved in the mixture of methyl alcohol and concentrated sulfuric acid 10 mL 20 g/L Na_2SO_4 solution and 5 mL hexane were added into the esterfied sample, and then shaken to be homogeneous. 2 μL of the hexane phase was taken for analysis by GC-MS. The detection limit of fluroxypyr is 1.4×10^(-3) μg/g.
