摘要 运用经济学理论分析了水价与水资源需求的关系,分析了国内外工业水价对工业用水量和节水的影响。理论分析与实践经验表明,提高工业用水价格对提高工业用水效率,促进工业节水是很有潜力的。以江苏省棉纺业为例,计算工业用水量的价格弹性,结果表明在当前生产率水平条件下,棉纺业水价每增加10%,万元产值取水量将减少1.57%。 Economical theory is used in analyzing the relationship between water prices and demands for water resource, with the effects of the prices of industrial water in China and abroad on the consumption of industrial water and water saving analyzed. It is shown by theoretical analysis and actual experience that marking up the prices of industrial water gives great potential to the improvement of the efficiency of the use of industrial water and to the promotion of industrial water saving. Price elasticity of industrial water has been calculated with the cotton spinning industry in Jiangsu Province as an example, the results of which show: with the present level of productivity, the increase of the water price for cotton spinning industry by every 10% will result in the decrease of the water consumption per 10 000 yuan of output value by 1.57%.
