摘要
采用高锰酸钾预氧化代替常规水处理工艺的预氯化,当原水中二价锰离子的质量浓度在0.3mg/L左右,pH值为7.2~7.5,水温在7~10℃时,投加0.8mg/L的高锰酸钾,7.0~8.0mg/L左右的碱式氯化铝(折合成Al2O3),滤后水锰的质量浓度均可达到国家指标要求不大于0.10mg/L,同时该方法对水中的氨氮、有机物也有一定的去除能力。而且能增强混凝效果,减少20%混凝剂投加量。
Potassium permanganate preoxidation process was used to substitute prechlorination in conventional water treatment, when the mass concentration of Mn2+ in source water was about 0.3 mg/L, the pH value was 7.2 - 7.5, the water temperature was 7 - 10 ℃, 0.8 mg/L of potassium permanganate and 7.0 - 8.0 mg/L of aluminium chloride(counted by Al2O3) were added respectively, the mass concentration of manganese in the water after the filtration not exceed 0.10 mg/L, which meets the demand of the national criterion, meanwhile, this method has a certain removal ability on ammonia nitrogen and organic matters. Further more, it can also improve the effect of coagulation and save the dosage of coagulant by 20%.
