摘要
根据土霉素制药废水的水质特征,进行了“Fenton-接触氧化”工艺处理制药废水的试验,结果表明:Fenton反应可有效地降低废水的有机物浓度,提高了废水的可生化性,BOD5与CODCr的质量比由0.19提高至0.47,有利于后续好氧生物反应;该工艺的平均CODCr,平均BOD5去除率分别达到98%和96%,出水CODCr,BOD5的质量浓度分别不高于132,52mg/L。
Treatment of wastewater from pharmaceutical industry by Fenton-contact oxidation process was tested and studied based on the quality characteristics of wastewater from terramycin production, the results show that: Fenton reaction is effective in reducing the concentration of organic matters in wastewater, so that the biochemical treatability of wastewater is improved, the mass ratio of BOD5 and CODCr is improved from 0.19 to 0.47, which benefits the following aerobic biological reaction; the average removal rate of CODCr and BOD5 with this process reaches 98% and 96% respectively, the mass concentration of CODCr and BOD5 in the effluent water do not exceed 132,52 mg/L respectively.
