The way of rising peacefully, which will bring about great enhancement to the comprehensive power of China, is mostly in accordance to the strategic interests of China. To achieve the aim above, the soft power plays a very important role along with the hard power. The soft power can take special effect that the hard power cannot and it is also a crucial index to appraise the rise of China. China should pay more attention and take strong measures to develop the soft power.
