降糖胶囊对大鼠实验性高血糖的影响

摘要 目的研究降糖胶囊对大鼠实验性高血糖的影响。方法制作大鼠实验性高血糖模型,测定降糖胶囊治疗性给药后动物的空腹血糖值及胆固醇、三酰甘油含量,并观察降糖胶囊对正常大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素含量影响。结果在舌下静脉注射2%四氧嘧啶造成大鼠实验性高血糖模型,降糖胶囊治疗性给药2周有明显降低血糖的作用,并能降低血清三酰甘油含量;在皮下注射0.1%肾上腺素造成大鼠实验性高血糖模型,降糖胶囊治疗性给药1周可明显降低血糖值;在腹腔注射葡萄糖造成大鼠实验性高血糖模型,降糖胶囊给药1周能明显降低血糖值;降糖胶囊对正常大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素含量均无明显影响。结论降糖胶囊对多种实验性高血糖模型均具有降糖作用,对正常大鼠血糖及血清胰岛素含量则无明显影响。 Objective To study the effects of Jiangtang capsules (JTC) on experimental hyperglycemia in rats.Methods Fasting blood glucose, cholesterol and triglyceride were determined in rats with hyperglycemia induced with alloxan (2%, s.b), adrenalin (0.1%, s.c) or glucose (i.p), after administration of JTC. Blood glucose and insulin were also observed in normal rats treated with JTC.Results Blood glucose decreased significantly in models treated with JTC for 1 week, while blood glucose and insulin changed little in normal rats treated with JTC. Conclusion JTC possesses hypoglycemic action on hyperglycemia rat models, but has little effect on blood glucose and insulin in normal rats.
