摘要
介绍了100kN电液伺服多轴疲劳实验机的硬件原理,并用Delphi开发了电液伺服实验机多轴疲劳实验程序。针对程序占用系统资源过多,当需要处理的数据量较大时即难以获得同步性好的数据的问题,采用了Delphi提供的多线程技术加以解决。另外,数据库技术的应用使实验数据的管理更加方便。经过优化后的实验程序,CPU的占用率低,程序的运行速度快,控制精度高,实验数据管理简便,可以最大限度地发挥实验机的性能。
An introducton of hardware principle is presented and a multiaxial fatigue testing program for a 100-kN electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is developed with Delphi software. Since the old program takes up too much system resources and it is difficult to obtain synchronoμs data when the large DP (data processing) is necessary,the application of multi-threading technology provided by Delphi is employed in the work to solve the problem. Furthermore,database technology is adopted to manage experimental data. The optimized testing program causes low occupation rate of CPU, high speed of operation, high precision of control and convenient management for experimental data.
