摘要 工业循环水加药控制自动化引起了工业水处理行业的高度重视。针对传统控制中存在的自动化程度低的问题,开发研制了工业循环水加药控制系统。控制系统由研华工控机、SIEMENSS7-300PLC和现场仪表组成。根据工艺过程的技术要求,从控制系统的硬件配置到应用程序设计以及多种加药控制方案的实现,系统地考虑了工业循环水处理过程的实际情况。应用结果表明该系统性能稳定,运行可靠,人机界面直观灵活,操作简便。控制系统实现的各项功能均满足工艺要求,取得了良好的应用效果。 The automation of the adding drugs control of industrial circulatory water has caused people’s great attention. A adding drug control system of industrial circulatory water is designed to solve the problem that automation of conventional control is weak.The system is made up of ADVANTECH industrial computer,SIEMENS S7-300PLC and instrumentation.Aiming at the demand of technological process,we systematically consider the actual situations of industrial circulatory water by hardware configuraing,program designing and multi scheme of control.The practice shows that the system has several characteristics such as stable and reliable performance,flexible interfaces,simple operation. The function of the system can fit the demand of technological process. It has good effects.
