摘要
为解决使用专用样板进行弹翼测量效率低、误检率高的缺点,设计了一种数控非接触测量系统。在该系统中给出了一种基于最小二乘原理的弹翼轮廓误差评价方法。根据廓形曲线方程在平面任意位置的特点利用测得的廓形点集进行廓形曲线拟合计算,得到弹翼廓形的形状参数和形状误差。文中以椭圆廓形曲线为例,给出了具体的数学模型和计算方法和计算机模拟检测结果。
To overcome the shortcomings of low efficiency and high uncertainty in the measurment of wings’cross section shape by using a templet, a NC non-contact measuring system is designed. An profile evaluating method based on least square principle is described. The shape fitting algorithm with measured point is discussed. For elliptic shape, the mathematic equations resulted from the algorithm and the caculating method are given in detail, the computer simulation result is presented.
