汽车制动阀内底面质量检测仪的设计 被引量:3

摘要 制动阀的性能关系到汽车制动的安全性,对其内底面的缺陷必须及时予以剔除。设计和实现了一种计算机自动检测和分类的方法,不仅可以排除主观因素的干扰,而且还能对指标进行定量描述。首先,根据内底面检测的特点,设计了光电成像系统,得到了检测面的清晰图像;然后,在软件设计方面,根据缺陷的特点,运用图像处理和计算机视觉的理论,有效地提取特征参数,实现了内底面缺陷的自动检测。实验结果表明,该检测仪具有实时高效、准确可靠的优点,大大优于传统的人工检测。 The performance of brake valve is connected with the security of automobile. It is very important to eliminate lacunas of inner subface.The design and implementation of automatic inspection and automatic classification of inner subface are described. Firstly, according to characters of inner subface, photoelectric imaging system is designed and the legible image is attained; then, according to the character of lacunas, characteristic parameters are picked up effectively with the theories of image processing and computer vision. Consequently, automatic inspection of inner subface is implemented. The experimental results show that the instrument is more efficient and have better performance than manual inspection.
