摘要
通过测定高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质对体外体系中氧自由基的消除率来探讨高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质的抗缺氧机制。结果发现在浓度为5%,10%,20%时,高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶性物质能有效消除体外体系产生的氧自由基和羟基自由基,其消除率与浓度呈正相关。
To explore the anti-hypoxic mechanism of fat soluble component extracted from muscle of Plateau Zokor (Myospalax baileyi) by means of determining the ratio of scavenging oxygen free radical(OFR) in external free radical generation system.The results were showed that 5%,10%,and 20% of fat soluble component scavenged OFR effectively in a dose depending manner in external free radical generation system.
