This article makes a deep analysis on the new feature and essence of economic globalization based on its definition in new situation. It is believed that the essence of economic globalization is the adjustment of industrial structure and reallocation of resource which take the developed countries as its leading factors, international corporations as its key role, the innovation of technology and system as its support, the capital as its link and the production and commence as its basis.
