摘要
健美操是我国体育运动的一个新兴项目。随着我国社会、经济、文化的飞速发展,人们的思想观念发生了巨大的变化,更加注重自己的身心健康和生活质量。健美操运动顺应了人们倡导健康、文明生活方式的潮流,因而风靡全社会。但是健身的目的是为健康,所以我们必须了解健美操运动损伤产生的原因和预防措施,科学健身、预防伤病。
Aerobics is a new event in athletic sports in China. With the rapid development of society, economy and culture, people's ideological modes of thought have changed greatly. They've paid more attention to their physically and mentally healthy and their living quality. Aerobics becomes fashionable because it conforms to the trend of initiating healthy and civilized life-style. However, good health is the aim of aerobics. In order to make healthy scientifically and take precautions against injures, we have to understand the causes and precautionary measures of sports injures in aerobics.
