摘要
制定拆迁标准应显化地价,有利于交易双方明了自己的权益,避免纠纷,便于政府管理,有利于拆迁工作顺利实施。本文重点论述了拆迁费的高低由地价决定,土地级别、基准地价的制定与公布为显化地价奠定了基础,分析了哈尔滨市、襄樊市拆迁标准均显化地价的情况,得出了显化地价不会增加政府、开发商、购房者负担的结论。
The expenditure of housebreaking and migrating is determined by land price, and many work will become easier if land price is obviously considered.The advantage of Land Price Embodiment in Housebreaking and Migrating is analyzed,and some cases are introduced also.
