摘要
目的建立单扫描极谱法测定辣椒制品中苏丹红I。方法用硼砂介质,二阶导数极谱波定量测定苏丹红I。结果苏丹红Ⅰ含量在1.0~10μg之间线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9993。最低检出量为0.25μg,平均相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.3%~7.7%(n=5),加标回收率为88.5%~95.1%。结论本法快速,简便,准确、灵敏。适用于辣椒制品中苏丹红I的测定。
Objective To establish a method for determining Sudan 1 in chilli products with single-sweeping polarograph. Methods A well polarographic wave that the second derivation peak potential was at -0.79v(vs. SCE) in the mediums of Sodium tetraborate was used to determine Sudan I quantitatively. Results Peak currents for the wave and concentration of Sudan 1 was linear in the range of 1.0-10.0 μg. The coefficient of correlation was r=0.999 3. The lowest detectability of the method is 0.25 μg. Its relative standard deviation(RSD) is in the range of 6.3%-7.7%(n=5).Average recovery is in the range of 88.5%-95.1%.Conclusions The method is rapid, simple, accurate and highly sensitive.
