摘要
目的分析HBsAg以及抗-HBs同时阳性血清中HBV-S基因的变异情况。方法对广州市部分中学生体检中发现的HBsAg以及抗-HBs均为阳性的血清提取乙肝病毒DNA,针对S基因进行巢式PCR扩增,将产物进行序列分析并比较结果。结果测序结果与Genbank中的序列比较,均发现S基因某些位点发生变异。结论HBsAg以及抗-HBs同时阳性的产生可能与HBV-S基因的变异有关。
Objective To analyze the mutations of S gene in both HBsAg and anti-HBs positive serums.Methods DNA was extracted in both HBsAg and anti-HBs positive serums, HBV's S-gene was amplified, and sequence analysis was conducted to compare productions. Results There are some mutations in S-gene compared with the sequences in Genbank. Conclusions The phenomenon of both HBsAg and anti-HBs positive could be related to the mutations in S-gene.
