摘要
解算目标运动要素的精度指标,既往都是以如下形式表述的,速度和航向的误差分别不超过某一常数,如σVm(或△Vm)≤C1,σCm(或△Cm)≤C2,经分析各种误差来源,阐明这种指标是不科学的,在技术上也是难以实现的,对分析武器使用效果的影响是严重的。为此提出精度指标新方法,即σVm=σCmˇVm,皆不大于某一常数C。
Up to now, the accuracy indexes of solving target moving data are always formulated as follows: the errors of velocity and bearing do not exceed a constant respectively. For example, σV m(or△V m)≤C1,σ C m(or △C m)≤C2. These indexes are not scientific and it is difficult to implement technically, and they influence weapon effect analysis seriously. Therefore the paper proposes a new indexes method of accuracy, i e. σV m= σC mˇVm are all not greater than a constant.
