摘要
采用高温熔制法,于B2 O3 SiO2 Na2 O体系中加入以银盐为主的无机抗菌活性成分,通过调整玻璃组成,改变原料的引入方式,添加CeO2 、SO3 等辅助成分,以抑制Ag+ 的还原沉积和玻璃着色;采用SEM、分光光度计、抑菌圈法和薄膜密贴法抗菌实验等测定其显微结构和性能。结果表明:载银B2 O3 SiO2 Na2 O玻璃呈极淡黄色透明状态,具有优良的抗菌性能。
In this paper, carrying silver B2O3-SiO2-Na2O antibacterial glass had been prepared by melting method. The deoxidization of Ag+ was restrained through the methods including adjusting the composition of glass, changing the raw material and adding some assistant components like CeO2, SO3 etc.. The properties and microstructure of the material were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission spectra, infrared emission spectra, bacteriostatic ring, thin film attachment method, respectively. The results indicated that carrying silver B2O3-SiO2-Na2O glass has an excellent antibacterial action and infrared radiation property.
