模具磨损表面自修复层的原位合成

摘要 对模具磨损自补偿机理进行了研究,对当前被称为具有革命性创举的金属磨损自修复材料(ART)的主要成分进行筛选,把选好的多种矿物粉按比例混合放在摩擦副中半干摩擦,利用磨擦热,进行机械化学合成,形成自修复陶瓷层。并对合成的基本原理和形成自修复陶瓷层的组织形貌进行了分析研究。 This paper studied the theory of die & mould wears self-repair of the mechanical parts. The main elements of the metal wear self-repair material (ART) were screened. The mixture was prepared in mechanic chemosynthesis to the self-repair pottery surface in the help of chafe heat after the selected mineral powder was mixed with the engine oil dry-friction in the friction chafe. And the basic principal has synthesized and the self-repair pottery surface appearance was discussed.
