摘要
针对国内机务段没有安装监测机车制动工况装置的现状,研制了一种新型的机车闸瓦制动工况监测仪。分别针对闸瓦制动力的定量监测和闸瓦行程的定性监测,设计出压力和微动开关2种传感器,成功实现了对机车单元制动器的工作状况的监测,防止因单元制动器故障导致的机车轮对弛缓、踏面剥离或制动力不够而引发的行车事故。
This paper put forward a new sensor system to detect the status of locomotive shoe brake to solve the problem of lack of inspecting locomotive's braking in domestic railway depots. According to the ration detection about shoe's braking power, the press sensor was designed; and the mechanical switch modal sensor for determining the shoe's journey as well. These two sensors could prevent driving accidents caused by locomotive wheels' relaxation, locomotive shoes' peeling or insufficiency of braking power.
