摘要
分析了有关几何产品设计、制造与认证(检验)几何模型之间的关系,介绍了基于新一代GPS语言的几何规范的数学工具———操作,它是获取各种几何要素或其特征值、公称值以及极限值的一种特殊的数学工具,对几何要素的各种操作是对工件进行规范和认证的基础。要素操作包括分离、提取、滤波、拟合、集成、构造及评估。通过一个简单的机构例子,说明了关于产品功能、设计、制造及认证(检验)几何表达规范方法。
For the design, manufacture and verifications consistent model for the product functional geometry isrequired. The relation between the geometrical product design, manufacture, and verification of the geometricalproduct based on the geometrical model is analyzed. The mathematical tools of the geometrical specifications based onthe new GPS (Geometrical Product Specification and Verification) language are described.Operations defined in thenew GPS are specific mathematical tools required to obtain ideal or non-ideal features,or values of characteristics,their nominal value and their limit (s) . The operations used to define the specifications can be divided into sevenclasses: partitioning, extraction, filtration, association, collection, construction, and evaluation. With a simplemechanism as an example, the geometrical expression specifications for the functions, design, manufacture andverification of a product are illustrated.
