摘要
居住区生态规划是当代居住区规划设计的一个发展趋势。对我国自1978年以来各阶段试点居住区的生态规划设计进行了综述,认为我国居住区生态规划的发展大致历经由单一规划到多样化规划再到“以人为本”规划的几个阶段,并介绍了我国及一些大中城市生态居住区规划设计的导则,探讨了居住区生态规划的原则及今后的发展趋势。
The ecological planning is an important trend of present residential planning. The stages of experimentalresidential planning are analyzed and they are single planning, multiple kinds of planning, and planning in view ofhuman demands since 1978; and the specifications of eco-residential community in China are introduced. Thestandards of the ecological planning and its future development are discussed.
