摘要
对某厂生产的300mm人造石英晶体高压釜进行了应力应变实体测试,实测结果与理论计算结果比较吻合。对结果进行了分析,得出了沿釜体外壁轴向应力与周向应力的分布规律,给出了典型点轴向、周向εP关系图。
The artificial quartz crystal pressure cooker is measured in terms of stresses and strains. The experimentresults coincide with the theoretical calculating results. The distribution of the stresses for axial and circumferentialalong the outside wall of pressure cooker has been obtained. The relationship diagrams for axial and circumferentialof typical points are constructed. The analysis results will be useful for the design and improvement of pressurecooker.
