老年患者紫外线生物剂量的测定及在感染性疾病中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨老年个体在疾病状态下对紫外线剂量反应的差异,解决选择最佳治疗剂量,提高治愈率。方法取紫外线测定器置于患者上臂内侧,用固定带固定,照射时,每次抽动活动板暴露一孔,用电筒式光源,“0”距离垂直照射1s,依次照射3~6s,最下孔为3~6s,最上孔为1s。结果50例老年患者测定结果显示,1、2、3s为1个生物剂量(MED)的分别有33、7、10例;平均1.5s为1个MED;根据测定结果选择MED治疗感染患者266例,治愈率92.8%。结论老年患者对紫外线剂量的反应差异有显著性,治疗中,选择最佳治疗剂量,提高治愈率。 OBJECTIVE The different ultraviolet radiation dosages of unhealthy-old patients were explored to be (established) the best radiation in treating old infectious patients. METHODS The covering board was put and fixed on the internal surface of upper arm of the aged patients. The drifting board was moved and one hole was opened every 1 second, from 3 to 6 seconds. RESULTS MED results of 50 aged patients indicated that their 1 MED egualed 1, 2 and 3 (seconds) was soon in 33, 7 and 10 cases respectively, in mean 1.5 seconds. On the basis of MED result, 266 patients with serious (infection) were treated by UV radiation with cure rate of 92.8%. CONCLUSIONS The aged patients have a marked different response to UV radiation. The best UV radiation dosages are chosen to treat infectious patients with a better result.
