从库恩的科学发展模式来解构项目管理的发展

Analysis on Development of Project Management from Kuhn's Scientific Development Mode

项目管理作为一项管理工程技术,引进到我国的历史不是很长,对这门学科的发展史进行研究,探讨其发展的规律性,可以更好地认识和发展项目管理。通过借鉴科学哲学中历史主义学派的代表人物——库恩的思想,把项目管理的发展分为前科学时期、常态科学发展时期、危机时期等,并对影响项目管理发展的外部因素如社会的需要与价值观、社会生产的发展等进行了分析,并预测了项目管理的发展方向。

As a management engineering, the project management was introduced to our country not very long before. The paper makes a research on the history of it and tries to find the regularity of its development so that we could understand and develop project management better. Through drawing lessons from the representative figure of the historical doctrine school in philosophy of science --Kuhn's thought, the paper divides the development of the project management into pre-scientific period, normal scientific development period, and time of crisis, and analyzes the external factors of project management development such as the needs and values of the society, development of social production, etc. At last it points out the developing direction of project management.
