对校本培训实效性的几点思考

Reflections on Efficiency of School-based Training

当前校本培训存在着培训动因功利化、培训内容随意化和培训方式简单化等问题,要建立科学的教师评价体系,构建校本培训管理系统和强化校本培训主体意识。

<Abstrcat> There exist some problems in recent school-based training such as : utility of training motivation, random of training contest and simplicity of training method.In order to solve such problems we should scientifically construct evaluation system and management system as well as strengthen the principal awareness of trainees.
