石油产品微水在线测量数字传感器的研制

The Development of On-line Measure Digital Sensor of Mini-amount Water in Petroleum Product

本论文设计一种石油产品微水在线测量数字传感器,详细讨论了影响传感器的误差来源,提出相应的处理措施。实验证明:该传感器的测试结果与国家标准试验方法—卡尔·费休试剂法具有一致性,测量重复性较好,实验结果的重复性误差小于7%,且具有测量量程宽,精度高,操作简单,不需任何试剂等优点。

A digital sensor of on-line measure mini-amount water was developed,and analyses it's error sourceand amend influence of error. Experiment indicates that result of measurement using new digital sensor is same withthat using criterion method of national. It's repetition is good,error of repetition is less than 7%, and measure scope isbig,and the accuracy is high, the operation is simple, and not need any try reagents.
