The designing characteristic, principle and the performance of portable three -phase electric energymeter calibration device are mainly introduced in thisarticle. The device integrates the programmed controlled sourcewith the standard meter when the software and hardware are designed. It is controlled by a set of 8031 computer sys-tem to achieve the automatic identification and share of the parameter and measuring data between the programmedcontrolled power source and standard power electric energy meter, which can simplify the calibration work of electricenergy meter.
