摘要
介绍了用于塑钢门窗制造的锯铣加工生产线的基本组成及计算机网络控制系统的设计。该加工生产线采用工业控制计算机作为主机,PLC作为从机的网络控制体系结构。工业控制计算机能够实现自动检测、编程、与PLC实时通讯等操作;三台PLC分别完成自动输料及机械手单元、自动铣削机单元、自动锯切机单元的控制,并与工业控制计算机实时地通讯。该生产线实现了锯铣组合自动生产加工,具有可靠性高,现场灵活性强,程序设计简单等优点,显著提高了生产效率和加工质量的稳定性。
The basic frame and computer network control system design of sawing and milling machining line for plastic doors & windows are presented in this paper. The line adopted industrial computer as host, PLC as slavers' network control system. The industrial computer can perform automatic measurement, programming, communication with PLC real-time. The three PLCs complete automatic delivering material and manipulator units, automatic milling units, automatic sawing units' control and communication with industrial computer real-time. The line implements the combination of sawing and milling automatic production. It has the advantage of high reliable, flexible, simple programming etc.. It prominence improved productivity and stability for production.
