摘要 用数据挖掘技术研究常见的7种中药水提液体系中淀粉、果胶等高分子物质组成、物理化学性质与Al2O3陶瓷膜膜通量之间的关系。结果发现本实验体系:(1)中药水提液的粘度、粒径分布(D50)分别与有关变量呈近线性关系,且果胶含量对粘度、粒径分布(D50)的影响较大;(2)中药水提液的pH值与X1(固含物)、X3(果胶)等变量没有简单的线性关系,但采用模式识别方法,可以找到pH值的定性规律;(3)初步认识到中药水提液这一复杂体系影响Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜膜通量的主要因素,即水提液中的蛋白质含量、原液pH值和粒径分布(D50);(4)利用自行开发的数据挖掘软件处理有关数据,得到膜通量下降速率与原液中粒径分布参数、pH值之间的定量关系,“留一法交叉验证”表明该定量关系的预报结果正确,基本锁定了造成该体系通量衰减的主要因素,使得中药水提液膜过程优化设计取得突破性进展。 In this article data - digging technology is used to study the composition and physicochemical properties of such macoro - molecular substances as starch and pectin and their relationship with the flux of Al2O3 ceramic membrane, which exist in the systems of seven common extracted liquids of Chinese herbal medicine. The result of the study shows: (1) The viscosity and size distribution (D50) of the extracted liquid assumes a near linear relationship with variables involved and the content of pectin exerts great influence on viscosity and size distribution (D50); (2) There exists no simple linear relationship between the PH value and the variables X1 (solid content) and X3 (pectin) of the extracted liquid, but the quantitative law of its PH valve can be found out by the method of pattern recognition; (3) The main factors, i. e., the content of protein, PH Value and size distribution in the complex extracted liquids of Chinese herbal medicine, which make impact on the flux of Al2O3 ceramic micro - permeation membrane are preliminarily revealed; (4) The quantitative relationship between the descending rate of membrane flux and the parameters of size distribution and PH Value in the liquid is acquired by using the data - digging software made by the authors themselves to process relevant data and its predictive result is correct through the method of leave one - out cross validation. As the result, the main factors causing the decay of the flux of the system is basically determined and a breakthrough in the progress of the process - optimized design of the extracted liquid membrane of Chinese herbal medicine is brought about.
