The article summarizes the goal and measures of reform and development in the non-listed part of Sinopec Group’s oilfields enterprises. It also reviews measures implemented by oilfields enterprises for investment management and major achievements acquired. Finally, it points out some existing problems less than satisfactory in current investment management and puts forward reform suggestions to improve the investment management level of non-listed part further.
