液体饲料在国外的养牛生产中已有应用,针对我国养牛生产现状和营养需要特点,结合液体饲料在养牛生产中的研究应用实效,在我国推行液体补充饲料养牛这一技术具有可行性和必要性,并综述了液体饲料的配制理论依据、加工制作、保存以及理化特性。

The application of liquid feed on cattle, which is getting more and more popular abroad, was reviewed. And then it proposed the feasibility of popularizing the liquid feed technology in breeding cattle in China on the base of the actuality and nutritional requirements. Finally, it summarized the confecting theory, processing cruces, conservation and physical chemistry characteristics of liquid feed.
