摘要
本系统基于红外传感技术设计,用于检测物体直径。通过选型调试,系统安装对射距离可实现5mm~30m。调节系统精度,检测体直径φ≥0.05mm均能实现自动检测。文章介绍了该系统工作流程及主要功能模块设计原理。
Based on the infrared electronic technology, this system is used for monitor the examination object diameter. It can be used for textile, machine, food equipments and so on to realize the control of quantity examination on line. Through parts selection, the system can realize 5 mm-30 m distance in shoot. Through regulating the system accuracy, it can realize auto control monitor, the examination diameter can be larger than 0.05 mm. The workflow and main function models in design are introduced.
