Since the beginning of the new century,the geo-environment around China presents brand-new changes and characteristics,the tendency of multi-polarization of the bordering political situation,the relatively stable tendency of security,the tendency of seeking common points while reserving difference and cooperating,the ascendant tendency of the military armament.With the consideration of them,our diplomatic strategies of keeping good relations with neighboring countries,include the corresponding steps in the various aspects of politics, economy and security,regarding neighboring countries as companions and stay on good terms with them so as to construct safety system and build the friendly environment with neighbors, so as to establish overall and increasingly beneficial exterior conditions for realization of moderately wealthy society of China.
