图书馆搬迁形势下馆员工作及再教育问题

以黑龙江科技学院图书馆的搬迁为例,提出面对学校搬迁,新设备、新技术的引进和图书馆环境的变化,以及当今世界信息时代的新形势,图书馆馆员的工作和再教育问题。并从思想政治素质、职业道德、心理素质和专业素质等方面提出了高校图书馆馆员再教育的建议。

Taking relocation of the library of Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology as an example,the article proposes the librarian's work and reeducation in the condition of the college's moving,the introduction of new equipment,new technology and change of the environment,and the new situation in the information time.And the article also puts forward the suggestion of librarians reeducation from the respects of the ideological standards ,political awareness,professional ethics,psychological quality and professional quality,etc.
