摘要 目的肾络通对阿霉素诱导的肾病大鼠细胞表型转化的影响。方法单侧肾切除加重复阿霉素尾静脉注射制作肾病模型,以αSMA、FN、LN等为观察指标,采用免疫组化、病理图像分析和流式细胞检测等方法,进行阳性表达细胞定位和半定量及蛋白表达定量分析。结果阿霉素肾病模型组大鼠肾小管间质有αSMA明显表达,阳性细胞率和蛋白表达定量分析明显高于假手术组,且伴有FN、LN在肾小管间质和肾小球的大量沉积,肾络通组各项指标较模型组为低。结论肾络通能抑制肾小管上皮细胞表型转化,减少FN、LN等细胞外基质的沉积。 To observe the effects of Shenluotong on the cell phenotype conversion in rats with adriamycin-induced nephrothy. Methods: The model group were made by unilateral nephrectomy with twice-amycin injections by caudal vein. Immunohistochemical method, flow cytometry and pathologic image pattern analysis were used in the test to observe the expression of α-SMA, FN, LN in rats. Results: The expression of α-SMA were the positive in the model group. Rates of positive cell and protein quantitative analysis were more higher than the sham group(P<0.01 or P<0.001). FN, LN had over-expression in model group, and it expressed slightly in Shenluotong group and Valsartan group(P<0.01 or P<0.01). There was no difference between Shenluotong group and Valsartan group. Conclusion: The model group had cell phenotype conversion in renal tubulointerstitium. Shenluotong had an effect on inhibiting the expression of α-SMA, FN and LN.
