宁波市内河水环境治理与保护措施研究

Research on Harnessing and Protection Measure of Ningbo Inland Water Environment

由于早期缺乏有效的管理和治理手段,宁波市城区内河受到严重污染,水环境恶化。文章分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了污染源治理、水体调控、生态治理技术等治理与保护对策,为政府部门提供了相应的决策参考。

Lacking of effective administrative and harnessing measure in the early time, urban inland waters of Ningbo were polluted seriously. This paper analyzes the reasons for such problems, and puts forward some proposals for administration and protection, such as harnessing the source of pollution, regulating and controlling of waters, dredging of sludge, technique of ecological administration and so on,which can be of reference value for government departments concerned for decision-making.
