摘要
本文阐述了高校人才培养模式的内涵,对我国专科教育与本科教育人才培养模式的特征和规律等进行了对比分析,明确了本科教育与专科教育的本质差异,最后对新升格的本科院校的发展定位和意识转变等进行了探讨和思考。
The paper discusses the connotations of talent cultivation mode of a university and compares and analyzes the features and regularities of the cultivation mode of both undergraduate and tertiary education, clarifies the fundamental differences of two educations and discusses the developmental orientation and consciousness conversion of the newly-promoted universities.
