摘要
阐述了我国高等院校管理中教学秘书的重要作用,并指出教学秘书要努力提高自身素质,不断提高教务管理水平。
The paper discusses the vital role of the teaching secretary in the administration of colleges and universities and points out that the teaching secretary shall take pains in improving the quality and the administrative ability as well.
