聚苯撑乙炔与电子受体共聚物的合成及光伏研究 被引量:2

Synthesis and luminescence characterization of poly (p-phenyleneethynylene-benzothiadiazole)s

摘要 利用钯催化剂(Pd(PPh3)2Cl2)和相转移催化剂(PTC),采用Heck交叉偶联缩聚反应合成了聚(苯撑乙炔撑-苯并噻二唑)系列交替共聚物(PPE-BT),比较了聚合物的紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱特征。PPE-BT与给体MEH-PPV构成器件时,其能量转换效率为2.54×10-3,说明电子在PPE-BT和PPE-DCNTB中的迁移率较小。 <Abstrcat> Poly (phenylene ethynylene) alternating copolymer containing electron donor and electron acceptor units were synthesized by cross-coupling polycondensation with Pd(PPh\-3)\-2Cl\-2 and phase transfer catalysts. The copolymer containing benzothiadiazole electron acceptor units is named as PPE-BT and their UV-vis, PL of polymers were measured respectively.PPE-BT blended with MEH-PPV donor, the ηe is (2.54×10^(-3)), which are lower due to that electrons mobility are inferior than holes within these copolymers and electrons would be trapped before reaching the electrode.
