复合阳离子型有机硅柔软剂的研制及应用

在合成阳离子型有机硅乳液的基础上,配入氯化二硬脂酰胺乙基环氧丙基季铵盐(ES)阳离子表面活性剂,得到稳定、成本适中的复合阳离子型有机硅柔软剂,对涤纶长丝织物进行后整理,获得了良好的综合手感。研究发现催化剂浓度1%、聚合温度80℃、阳离子乳化剂浓度10%、非离子乳化剂浓度2%是合成有机硅乳液较为合适的工艺条件;而在复合柔软剂中,ES分散液的最佳比例为20%～30%。

<Abstrcat> Based on cationic silicone emulsion synthesized, the cationic surfactant (ES) was added to acquire complex cationic silicone softer of steady and low cost, which was applied to finish the PET fabric. And the fabric finished has the better integrated feeling. It was discovered that the appropriate polymerization process of cationic silicone emulsion is catalyst concentration 1%, polymerization temperature 80℃, cationic emulsifier concentration 10%, nonionic emulsifier concentration 2%, and the 20%~30% proportion of ES suspension among complex softer is the optimum proportion.
