高校如何贯彻江泽民同志和新一届党中央关于繁荣发展哲学社会科学的一系列重要讲话和文件精神,关系到高校哲学社会科学重要研究基地作用的发挥,以及高校自身的健康发展。本文阐述了促进高校哲学社会科学繁荣发展的重要意义,着重就理工科大学和我校繁荣发展哲学社会科学的研究方向、研究重点、条件保障等方面作了探讨,剖析了高校在繁荣发展哲学社会科学方面存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

<Abstrcat> How to implement the series of important speech and spirit of the document advanced by Jiang Ze-min and the new Party Central Committee on developing and prospering philosophy and social science in institutions of higher learning is related to the role of the important research base for philosophy and social science in institutions of higher learning and the development of the institutions of higher learning themselves. This paper aims to expound the significance of developing and prospering philosophy and social science in institutions of higher learning. It also inquiries into the study orientation, emphasis, circumstance and guarantee on developing and prospering philosophy and social science in colleges of science and engineering including our college, analyzes the main problems of developing and prospering philosophy and social science in institutions of higher learning, puts forwards relevant counter measures and suggestions.
