摘要
三相四桥臂高频链逆变器直流输入和交流输出之间采用高频变压器隔离变换,具有体积小、重量轻的优点;同时它还可以给三相不平衡负载供电。研究了一种单向全桥逆变电路,电路由DC/DC和DC/AC两部分构成,功率由直流侧向交流侧单向流动。通过同步控制,可以实现DC/DC部分的功率管的软开关工作方式。通过空间矢量控制方法,可以提高直流母线电压利用率。采用全数字化控制电路构建了一台1KW样机,给出了样机的参数。文章最后给出了实验结果。
The output voltage of three phase four-leg high frequency link inverter is isolated from the input voltage with high frequency transformer. The advantages of high frequency link inverter include high power density、small volume 、light weight, and the ability of supplying three phase unbalanced loads. A kind of full bridge inverter topology has been presented; The inverter is made up of DC/DC and DC/AC circuit, and energy flow from DC side to AC side unidirectional. Part of power devices can run under zero switching state. The usage factor of DC voltage can be improved by using space vector PWM control method. The 1KW prototype inverter has been made and studied. The experimental results are presented at the end of this paper.
