丙烯酸树脂填充乳液的分子量及其分布研究

摘要 采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,合成了微交联丙烯酸酯改性树脂皮革填充剂。讨论了单体浓度、引发剂、交联剂以及聚合温度等因素对皮革填充用丙烯酸酯类聚合物乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明,采用本工艺能得到分子量大小适中和分布较宽的丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,将其用于皮革的填充,可以满足皮革松面程度的不等性。 In this paper micro-crosslinking acrylate latex as bulking agent of leather was synthesized by seeded semicontinuous emulsion polymerization techniques. Effect of monomer concentration, initiator, cross-linking agent and other factors such as polymerization temperature on the property of acrylate polymer film was discussed. The experimental results showed that the molecular weight of resin prepared through this technology was rather large and the molecular weight distribution was relatively wide which met the unequal degree of loose grain of leather quite well.
