针对临床具体病历格式,采用Microsoft Sql Sever,Visual C++和Power Builder软件开发集文字与图像于一体的病历管理系统;引入电子病历观念模式,希望通过本方法,可以为我国医院临床病历管理系统的设计提供参考。

Integrating Microsoft Sql Sever, Visual C++ and Power Builder program, we opened out the electrical case system, and made explored study. Through the study of clinical example, we introduce the concept of electrical case to discuss it. We hope this text bring a reference for our country's hospitals.
