全身热化疗治疗晚期癌症15例临床观察

Clinical Analysis of Treatment of 15 Cases of Advanced Malignant Tumor with Whole Body Thermo-chemotherapy

目的探讨全身热化疗对晚期肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法15例晚期恶性肿瘤患者在全麻状态下用TEMET 1000型体外循环全身热疗灌注治疗系统,进行全身加温治疗,平台期治疗温度达42-42.5℃,同时静脉滴注顺铂或(和)5-FU化疗。通过临床观察及随访追踪,初步评估疗效。结果明显止痛84.6%(11/13),抑制肿瘤有效率为56.7%(PR+SD),半年及1年病灶稳定率为66.7%(8/12)、41.7%(5/12),6个月、1年、1年6个月生存率分别为85.7%(12/14)、72.7%(8/11)、60.0%(6/10),部分患者甚至能达到消灭肿瘤的效果。结论全身热化疗对晚期肿瘤是一种安全有效的治疗方法,将为晚期恶性肿瘤病人的治疗带来新的希望。

Objective Study effect and reliability of the whole body thermo-chemotherapy (WBTCT) for advanced malignant tumor. Methods Use TEMET 1000 to treat 15 patients with advanced malignant tumor under general anesthesia. All patients had been treated by Thermo-therapy to whole body, and injection of DDP/5-FU during the stable period with body temperature 42-42.5℃. Evaluate the effect by clinical observ ation and by follow-up. Results The curative effects are 84.6% (11/13) relieving pain, 56.7% inhibition tumor cell (PR+SD), 66.7% stationary phase of rumors in half year and 41.7% in one year. The 6 months, 1 year, 1 year and 6 months survival rate are 85.7%(12/14), 72.7%(8/ll), 60.0%(6/10), respectively, and especially, one part of the patients' tumors were extinction. Conclusion WBTCT is a safe and effective method and will bring a new hope for the advanced malignant tumor patients.
