摘要
目的观察干扰素软膏在预防尖锐湿疣复发中的作用。方法83例尖锐湿疣患者激光术后被随机分为两组,治疗组局部外用干扰素软膏,对照组局部注射干扰素,观察复发率并用卡方检验判定疗效。结果治疗组和对照组复发率基本相同(P>0.05)。结论干扰素软膏局部外用和局部注射干扰素对预防尖锐湿疣复发有同样效果,且干扰素软膏局部外用具有痛苦少、副作用小、简单方便等优点。
Objective To observe effect of preventing relapse of interferon ointment for condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods 83 patients with CA were divided randomly into two groups after laser therapy, treatment proup was given interferon ointment topicaly, control group was given partial injection of interferon. Results The relapse rates of two groups are not different (P > 0.05). Conclusion There are same effects for prevating relapse of CA with topical interferon ointment and partial interferon injection. Futhermore, interferon ointment has advantages of less suffering, fewer side effect and being convenient.
