摘要 生物材料用途之一,研究涉及到多种学科领域,其方法种类繁多.在材料制备加工方法上,不仅需要改善既存的技术,而且适应对生物材料的需要,必须要开发多种实用方法;在研究生物材料结构上目前使用的一些检测方法已成为材料结构分析的首要之选;在生物材料的性能,特别是生物学性能,研究方法大多结合了物理、化学、生物学和工程学技术.一些信息技术和工程理论的研究方法也被引入生物材料的研究方法中.本文以目前生物材料研究的一些热点领域为例,介绍了一些研究生物材料的制备、检测和评价方法. Biometerials have different usage in many ways and the research methods are various related to multi-discipline science. In respect to the method of materials preparation and processing, a variety of practiccal methods should be developed to improve the existing technology and meet the need of biomaterials; at present, some checking methods have been the first choices of analysing materials configuration on biomaterids research; in research of biomaterials performance, expecially biological performance, the methods usually include physical, chemical, biological and engineering technologies. In addition, some research methods of information technology and engineering theory have also been introduced in researching biomaterials. This paper introduces some research methods of biomaterials preparation, checking and appraisal by taking some focus fields on present biomaterials research for example.
