心理因素应激与支气管哮喘的相关性临床研究

A Study on Correlation between Psychological Stress and Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨心理因素应激与支气管哮喘的相关性。方法选择中度持续支气管哮喘患者154例为研究对象,用Zung′s焦虑自评量表(SAS)对每位哮喘患者进行评定,再按焦虑指数将患者分为焦虑组与非焦虑组,采用放射免疫方法测定两组患者的血清IL-4、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α及血浆血栓素B2(TXB2)的含量并进行比较,同时常规测定嗜酸性粒细胞计数(EOC)。结果两组患者血清IL-4含量间差别无显著性意义(P>0.05);IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α、血浆TXB2含量及嗜酸性粒细胞计数间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论心理因素应激与支气管哮喘存在着一种精神病理学关系,其在哮喘发病机制中的作用与单核巨噬细胞或淋巴细胞的激活有关,而并非免疫功能的抑制,并与新建立的哮喘气道炎症学说密切相关。

Objective To research the correlation between psychological stress and bronchial asthma.Methods The 154 acute moderate bronchial asthma patients were tested with the Zung′s (SAS).The patients were divided into the anxiety group and the non-anxiety group.The contents of serum IL-4,IL-1β,TNF-α,plasma TXB2,6-Keto-PGE1α of two groups were tested with RIA methods,and the EOC was count.Results There was no significant difference in content of serum IL-4 between two groups(P>005);but the content of serum IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α,plasma TXB and EOC of the two groups were significant differences(P<005).Conclusion The psychopathology relation exists in psychological stress and asthma,psychological stress activate macrophage or lymphocyte,immunologic function is not hold-backed,and is correlated the theory of asthma inflammation.
